About WonderGlowOT

WonderGlow OT was founded by a neurodivergent Occupational Therapist with a deep commitment to empowering children and uplifting fellow therapists. Rooted in lived experience, clinical expertise, and a passion for neurodiversity-affirming care, we support children aged 1 to 10 and provide mentoring and resources for paediatric OTs across Australia.

We believe every child deserves therapy that celebrates who they are - not who they’re expected to be. And every therapist deserves guidance that honours their growth, curiosity, and values.

For Children

Our therapy is playful, purposeful, and affirming. We use a strength-based, evidence-informed approach to help children achieve meaningful goals while nurturing connection, confidence, and joy. Sessions are tailored to each child’s unique profile, with a focus on regulation, engagement, and authentic relationships.

For Therapists

We offer 1:1 and group mentoring for paediatric OTs seeking to deepen their practice, explore neurodiversity-affirming frameworks, or navigate complex systems like the NDIS. Whether you're just starting out or refining your advocacy and documentation skills, we provide targeted, values-aligned support to help you thrive.
