Cheri is the Founder and Director of WonderGlow OT, a neurodivergent Occupational Therapist passionate about supporting children through play, connection, and neurodiversity-affirming strategies. As a neurodivergent clinician herself, Cheri brings lived insight, empathy, and advocacy to every aspect of her work.

She has extensive experience working within the NDIS and Early Childhood Services, supporting neurodivergent children - including those who are Autistic, ADHD, Intellectual Disability, and with developmental delays. Her approach is grounded in strengths-based, evidence-informed practice and a deep respect for each child’s unique profile.

With a strong commitment to lifelong learning, Cheri has completed professional training in Interplay Family Therapy and Neuro-Affirming Practice. She is a Basic Provider of DIRFloortime® and qualified through Mobility & Accessibility for Children and Adults (MACA) to assess and prescribe Special Purpose Car Seats and support safe car travel.

Alongside therapy, Cheri blends clinical expertise with creative design, developing practical, visually engaging resources that support therapists, educators, and families. She is especially passionate about creating tools that empower professionals navigating complex systems like the NDIS.

Outside of work, Cheri expresses her creativity through painting and art projects, and enjoys spending time with her family and pets.
