How do I get my child onto the waitlist?

There are several ways you can get onto our waitlist. You can either complete our Waitlist Form to be screened for eligibility or contact us through our details listed under 'Contact Us'.

Do I need a referral?

Accepted Answer

No. You can self-refer to our occupational therapy services. If you are wanting to use Medicare rebated sessions then you will need a referral from your GP.

Will there be a long wait for services?

Accepted Answer

Waitlist times can be unpredictable, and can be dependent on your availability. We suggest you still reach out to us, and to put your child's name on more than one waitlist.

My suburb isn't listed on your site, can you still see my child?

Accepted Answer

Depending on where you are located, we may still be able to provide services to your child. Please contact us further to see if we can help.

Where will sessions occur?

Accepted Answer

Our services can be done in the community (home, school, kinder), in a clinic (located in Corio) or via telehealth.

Do you offer other therapies?

Accepted Answer

No. Currently we only offer occupational therapy services.
