Kids Achieve Tool
Do you find it difficult creating meaningful occupational-based goals with families?
Do families understand your role and scope of practice?
The Kids Achieve Tool: Occupational Therapy Goal Kit is your essential kit to identifying and collaborating with caregivers and children on their OT goals.
The kit includes visual supports for children and families to identify potential goals, and templates for you to prioritise, write, and share goals.
Unlike other tools, the Kids Achieve Tool is grouped into occupation-based areas, with a limited number of cards for each area to keep it time efficient. It can be used with both children and caregivers, to ensure buy-in from everyone.
Kids Achieve Tool rates goals on performance (Succes rating) and satisfaction (Pride Rating), which will allow you, children, and families to celebrate areas of growth!
Start making meaningful occupation-based goals by adding the Kids Achieve Tool to your OT kit!
